How to remove spot inside camera caused by winddriven water

My lumix was used for shooting in a typhoon. I cleaned exterior and lens surface, but two spots appear on my photos, more noticeable at certain zoom ranges.

yes that is the water you are right on that, however, getting out the water may be hard take it apart and try to find the water then take a dry cloth and remove it then put back together.
