Why my iPhone 5s keeps restarting , stripes , hot in one spot

So I own iPhone 5s and one day I disassembled my iPhone for screen test purpose (long story ) , after assembling it back carefully I turned on the iPhone and suddenly it became Hot on display connectors (I feel it on back side of iPhone) , and after 3minutes It will show some vertical stripes and it will reboot …

One more thing to mention. After reboot it will show 1% of battery and than it will go back to normalne percentage .

What can cause the problem ? I even tried another battery …
