Phone wont start stuck on LG Screen

Sounds like you may have rooted your phone at one point or another, remove SD card and give it a shot booting up without. In addition try booting it in safe mode https://youtu.be/7i8SIux22ck let me know if it works in either of those. Otherwise you may need to send some files into your phone. I'll try and hunt down the proper files.
Watch while booting up, if it says anything along the lines of "Rooted" in red letters please let me know.
