Powers on, but screens are black.

So I bought this 2DS XL from eBay with the intention of fixing it as the seller said the top screen was broken. When it arrived it was in immaculate condition with no scratches or dents at all.

The orange light appears while charging, and the blue light comes on when I hit the power button but nothing on the screens and no sound out of the speakers. The blue light will stay until I turn it off.

I completely tore down this unit and cleaned the internals and contacts with IPA, reassembled it and still the same issue. I'm at a complete loss and surprisingly there is little no to info out there. I've also tried a hard reset and booting into safe mode, nothing.
