My ps4 pro beeps once, then the blue light comes on for a second then nothing. Completely lifeless. Until I disconnect the power and try again but the same problem persists, a beep, blue light, dead.
I've disconnected all wires and manually ejected the disc. But still nothing. Any help????

how long have you had the PS4? was it a refurbish? when you turn it on does the fan spin for 2 secs or so? or does the PS4 turn off immediately?

I have the same exactly the same problem! Answering your question, I have the PS4 Pro for almost 2 years now! I bought it brand new! In my case, when I turn it on, the blue light goes on for a second or so, then it turns off immediately, without any fan spin (I took the top cover of to check it out). What could be the problem on my unit!? The PSU or other component!?
Thanks in advance for your help!

I’m facing the same problem. It turns off immediately, seems neither fan or HDD are spinning. Any clue?

its a psu issue ,i got around as a RMA tech i didn't want to pay exorbitant amounts for a psu replacement so i rigged up a pc atx psu for thin clients that was 250w to the ps4 pro with a psu tester to bypass the pmc(power management chip and its other module components) also way to pricy AF & problematic to remove and reseat the new ones, but anyhow this chip that needs the pg signal from the psu ,its basically the pg signal module thats failing on the ps4 not many can fix it best to get a pc psu that has more then the required wattage and check if it works finalmans mod can be googled for this just use a tester to fool the pg singal to see if your ps4 turns on ,not many ps4 shops can fix this if the pmc is poked even with a replacement psu, as sometimes its the motherboard of the ps4 that doesn't trigger the psu to pull power and hence turns off once I'm done doing my ps4 pro will link the vid on how to !all credits to Finalman and those that assisted me ,P.S if pc psu does it use a psutester on the 20-24 pin

Same thing happened to me after cleaning my PS4 Pro and applying thermal paste. However my situation was different, it turned out that I bend the silver connecters that connect the motherboard with the power source. I made sure they were both separated (they were conjoined), then put the power brick back on... voila!
