¿Why my new OP-1 unit have the screen off, but yes sound, energy..,?

I bought my unit 4 days ago, is the version 2.0. I chargued the battery full, switch on the unit, and appears the TE logo, and next a very strange colores and forms. It seem like corrupt the image. I switch off/switch on, and it continue in black.

Sounds ok, charge energy ok, but I can´t see the unit mounted. Windows say that it is a midi device, but not a disk device. ( I think for my low skill with it…).

What can I do?
