Freezes up during system updating

I have a LG G PAD 7.0 LTE V410 the problem I'm having with this device is its been trying to do Android system updating for the last few months but it freezes up in the middle I have tried to factory reset it hard reset it and soft reset none of those options worked I tried letting it go completely dead just to try and get to the home screen and still nothing has worked do anyone have anymore options outside of what I have already tried
