UL code even when it is empty - bolt on bottom was not loose - HELP

I have been getting the UL error code on almost every load and even when it is empty for the “clean washer” cycle. I flipped it over and made sure that the bolt on the bottom was tight as some others had success after doing that - but it is still doing it. I have noticed that the whole drum seems to not be centered when I open the lid and if I get the code, just pulling it towards me, clears it…until it starts up again. But EVERY time I reset it, it starts filling with water again and so it just ends up being a long viscous cycle of trying to get it to finish those last 12 minutes over and over again. Is there a way to re-center the drum if it is sitting towards the back of the unit…or could that even be related to the issue? Thanks so much for any help you can provide!
