The three minute reboot cycle is an invaluable clue, as that's how often the iPhone scans its sensors. When it cannot read a sensor it invokes what's called a kernel panic, which basically indicates an unrecoverable error and then reboots.

So something got damaged in the process of adding your glowing logo. The good news is that your phone logs those kernel panics so you can go into those logs and find out what's causing them. One of the contributors here, @flannelist, has written a Wiki on kernel panics, explaining what they mean and how to read them.

So your next step is to go in and grab the kernel panic log and post it here. From there we can figure out what's causing your boot loop and how to fix it. Typically the parts that cause those can be related to the lightning port assembly or the screen, but we won't know until we see those logs. Read through this page, copy or screenshot the panic logs and post it here.
