keep getting prohibitory sign after updating to macOS mojave

i try to recent update my mid 2009 Mac to macOS mojave .But whenever the install is finish and Mac restarted keep giving me a prohibitory sign and won’t load normally

please if you know what’s causing this problem

UPDATE 3/2022 DosDude has now come out with work arounds and patches. which allow for system upgrades to unsupported Macs. I have had fair luck using them.
