No power port no battery must run

I have no battery the charger port is gone would like Do you continue use how could I power it up using iPhone cables battery connection slot and a steady hand to say the least : I’ve am running a tablet with no back no battery and a power cord plugged Bare wire to internal battery connection directly into the wall for months is this possible with an Air book 2012
