Digitizer Ghost touching after replacing digitizer

i recently replaced my ipad 5 LTE digitizer and it was working fine after the repair but the home button was loose so i figured ill put some glue on the piece that holds it in place and it’ll stick. It fixed my issue but now i have a lot of “ghost touch” on the display.

Check that there isn’t any pressure applied to the screen around where it’s ghosting. If you had to remove the display to fix the home button issue, you could’ve damaged the digitizer flex cable.
