Why is my power button blinking?

This is not the camcorder that I’m trying to troubleshoot, the one I’m talking about is an RCA CMR300. My screen only is white on a TV and the viewfinder with playback and recording, my power button is blinking red, and the rewind and fast forward and play and pause button not working. Please help me fix this.

I have this issue with a CPR-350 camcorder. I think it's the moisture indicator that's doing it but mine's totally dry. If I find an answer I'll share it.
