My ps4 Controller charges but wont charge all the way

it charges to 10-20% and when i start to charge it with a another good cable it flashes orange and stops , is it something with the battery?

(P.S i do not own a ps4 i just the the controller for pc games)

Most likely is a bad battery. Make sure your using a USB 3.0 port on your computer to charge it. The replacement on the battery's are super easy
