I have LG monitor with vertical confused area , sometimes gone

HI, i have a LG FLATRON W2243s that have a vertical confused area , some time gone and when i decrease the resolution it gone .

On the 1920×1080 don't work but some times work on 1920×1080.

When i strat decrease the resolutions it start slowly disappear.

There is no specific resolution ,

But it work perfectly on 1024×800/600

And some time don't work on it

can i fix it or it can not be fixed?
