Watch not registering data. No text alerts cant track heart rate say

Watch is tracking steps sleep heart rate and stress. Not is it receiving text message alerts or any alerts. Says clean senor and adjust watch I've done this 5x and still not working. I have only had this just over over a year with no issues until the other day
