@isol56give us a bit more information than 5 words? what do you mean by frozen? what have you tried? Did this just happen? You are the eyes and ears and we rely on you for a description of the problem. So right now we are pretty blind and deaf about the issue
While in memory mode it wouldn't allow to switch from one preset to another: it stuck, the up and down buttons would not change the preset. More over, the down button stuck in place: in order to tune you need to go only up.
