The ringing volume has reduced on my iphone6 and when up press the ringer up button it ,you get more than half have white blocks then 1 yellow block then 6 red blocks. Have tried a reset (erase all content and settings) and this did not work. Will do a total reset of all next but was hopping to avoid this. Can anyone help?

Hey Mate,
Before you Restore device i would check if the bottom holes are blocked give them a clean, scrape them with some fine tweezers and use a toothbrush to brush out.
if that fails you may need to have the Ringer replaced not an expensive repair at all

Thanks for that but have already tried doing this. As I say when you turn the ringer up you get the normal white boxes then you get a yellow one followed by red ones. This has just happened so think this is causing the problem
