Inserted Disk not Readable
When plugging in crucial 2.5 SSD to Mac to clone it says “the disk you inserted was not readable by this computer”

I don’t using cloning software as it often doesn’t work!
Install the drive, then use internet recovery to first format the drive to GUID and then install a fresh OS on your new drive. To transfer your user accounts. apps and data over use a SATA to USB adapter like StarTech - SATA to USB Cable to connect your old drive, at the end of the OS install process you’ll be asked if you have anything to migrate over, select the externally connected drive and let is go!
