Vacuum won't let me push or pull on carpet.

I was using my Navigator Lift-Away Pro on the carpet and it was working fine then the red light came on and I couldn’t move it. After cleaning I tried it again soon as I put it back on the carpet it did the same thing again it seems the brush stops spinning.

Perhaps I would be able to help you if you described how you damaged your carpet and what kind of carpet you had. I had a similar problem with a vacuum cleaner and a long-pile carpet. Part of the pile from the carpet would always be sucked into a vacuum cleaner. Because of this, I had a flat area on my carpet. I tried it myself but couldn't fix it, so I had to give the carpet to people from https://elegantcarpetrepairs.com.au/carp... who restored it quickly. In my case, it was because the carpet was too old and the vacuum cleaner was too powerful. It is worth considering this if your carpet is many years old.

The red light indicates the brush roller has stopped. Something is caught inside the roller brush. Turn off the vacuum. Remove the object and turn it back on. Green light should turn on. Remember, brush roller needs to be turned on when your vacuuming carpet. If not it will be hard to push.
