Sleep Light blinks continually non-stop once I press the power button

Problem started when it died tried turning it on a few days later and the charger light stayed green and the sleep light continues to blink ( no sound )

steps I’ve taken

remove ram and try turning on

reseat ram and try turning on disconnect battery and try turning on

tried resetting nvram but couldn’t

the only articles I’ve read said these were the ways to fix but really don’t know what to do next
