I changed the battery but there is and x on

As soon as i unplug from charger it turns off. I reset pram and smc and it still has a x on battery.

Install this gem of an app CoconutBattery take a snapshot of the apps main window and post it here for us to see 기존 질문에 이미지 추가하기 Make sure the charger is plugged in.
