Ice Maker Cycle - filling water again before ice cubes removed

Hi

I have a Westinghouse side by side 22 with ice maker .

After a power shut down the ice maker is filling water before the ice cubes are removed by the “arms”, so it completely overflow my freezer. I stopped the ice maker by the lever and closed the tap.

What should I do to sync the cycle again?
