My silver edition passport fell and screen went black phone rings and charges but screen dosent turn on.i changed screen but issue continued so its not a screen problem please what is the cause?

Good day Anthony, did you try to connect the cable to hdmi so you can check if the image still working? My blackberry also dropped but i don’t have sound or anything just the blinking led.
