What type of video format (codecs) files can iPod Nano 3rd Generation play?

These are all of the codecs, video & audio
Here are the ones for video
MP4
M4V (Stuff bought on iTunes)
At 320x240 Pixels (though itunes may automaticly scale higher resolutions)

It's ok now. I was using simple windows explorer to copy, but i have to use a program to transfer the files. Thanks.
