Screen is blank but the pc is running

After switching on the laptop. The cooling fan starts working , touch buttons starts blinking but screen remains blank.

Do you have an external monitor you can hook it up to so you can verify that the laptop is booting? If it is, hold a flashlight up to the (laptop) LCD, can you see what’s displayed? If so, you’re back light is probably out.
