Hello everyone.
Here is my bedside lamp which has some problems, when I turn it on, it turns on just for a moment and then goes off. Which component in its circuit is probably causing this? Is it one of those 3 LEDs or that capacitor or one of those resistors?

Wow , the soldering looks bad.
Did you did anything?
Do you have a multimeter?
If so, since it has minimal components, you can actually test quick,
test the LED
Test the resistance of the resistor.
Looking at the LED, i doubt it is bad, it seems that there are bad solder in place.
I would suggest you to resolder those cold / bad solder joints first.
