Why won’t my Samsung tv auto program?

Antenna connection.
Note: Tv less than 3 yrs old when stopped working properly. I expect a tv to last longer. I know you will make this right. Thank you

Hi,
Have you checked that the TV is setup to receive TV signals from an antenna or a cable service i.e. Air or cable?

Is the TV getting the signals from an antenna or a cable "box" you didn't say?
its placed on antenna under settings
why does it keep stop programming and immediately shut off
the tv will only auto scan for channels up to 4 to 6 % then shut off so it only has 3 tv stations
why did this conversation just stop samsung ?
the lose of channels now 2nd august 2024 is happening across kent ... this morning auto tune even disappeared from view or use ? .. yes i have a samsung tv
i read that the bbc suggest unplugging the aerial and using auto tune (knowing the transmitter name) ... is this going to fix the channels just disappearing suddenly?
we are in the olympics window and the bbc channels in particular are disappearing

What is the model number of the TV?
By "auto program" do you mean auto scan for available TV channels?
If so are the channels from an antenna connections or a cable connection?

Still not working. 1 channel. Can’t believe a Samsung tv does not last even 3 years. I have done everything ypu have asked of me and still nothing. You need to make this right or direct me to a person that will help.
