If it's the same as what I had you need to put the transfer case in high 4x4 or low 4or and you need to lock in the hubs. The hub is in the center of the front wheel you should see a spot to turn the piece in the middle one way or the other. It will say on the outside it which way to turn it. You need to do this to both sides of the vehicle. The hub connects the drivetrain to the wheel. The transfer case connects the engine to and transmission to the front drivetrain.
