Battery message and also power cord issue

1.battery shows 100% charged but message appears every 20 seconds, “your battery is very low, Plug in your PC now”

Also PC only works when plugged in, it shuts when power cord is removed for battery power.
First one just started, second has been like that for a year

If it’s a particularly older machine, odds are the battery needs to be replaced. Telltale signs of a bad battery are your issues described above, especially the one about it shutting off immediately after you unplug it.
