MacBoook Pro doesn't start

Hello,

I can not turn on MacBook Pro 2020. It is a brand new machine bought one month ago.

A few days ago I've shutted down the computer and now after pressing power button I see only black screen and steady light green LED of camera. There is no sign of booting. No fan rotated. I am unable to start up from macOS Recovery mode. I have tried to reset the System Management Controller (SMC).

First its best to find your way to an Apple Store or Apple authorized service center to get it repaired under warranty!

As you didn't tell us which model you have 13" or 16" we can't offer much more.

It is 13” model with t2 chip.
