String needs replaced on tuner knob with pulley, what would you charge

Marantz receiver SR225. String needs replaced with a pulley on tuner knob. ALREADY diagnosed from a friend that retired from Car Tunes, Allen Park, MI. Lives out of state now. JUDITH
