Why my computer freeze?

I have a serious problem as my Mac is freezing even in a sleep mode. I have already made format, I have change memories, and it still freezing. Sometimes even if I hit space bar!

Ram size 32GB and 250GB SSD drive with 150GB free space.

I’m a photographer and my primary applications are, Photoshop, Lightroom, Smart Album, and Photomechanic.

Since the last format (March 2020) my Mac runs High Sierra.
