Ripped Flexi cable, requires manufacturing code and how to fix

I Accidentally ripped this Flexi wire cable attached to the screen drive broad PCB LC-1003 this cable ensures the touch screen facility is working. It is for the Sony NEX5R somehow I ripped it when I was replacing the screen, I would like to know the code/ref/manufacturer reference for the component I need to buy in order to fix this and does anyone has a repair manual for this model.
