Printer will not print black ink

My printer is the HP envy 6255 (it woudln’t let me select this model) and my black ink was printing splotchy so I cleaned my cartridge and printed a quality test page. I then cleaned it a second time and it got worse! I did it a third and it now isn’t printing black ink at all. I have tried so many forums nothing works. My ink is over half full. When I say clean the printer I mean I pressed the clean cartridge button.
