Why is my SAMSUNGA70 mic not working after replacing the charging port

My samsung Galaxy A70 charging port was bad and I replaced the entire component. I realized that I can't use it any longer except I use the speaker. I try to make videos and the voice also gets distorted. Please how can I fix this problem?
