iPhone 7plus bricked-- how do I get the data off?

I have had it sitting for a while. I had it plugged in charging overnight and when I woke up it was off and not responsive. I replaced the battery so that is not the issue. I can get to the reboot screens but want to get the data off before doing the full factory reset. How can I get the data? Can I remove the motherboard piece and connect something to get it?
