Why is my screen not lighting and the fan keeps overventilating

Please help me I press the power button only the Internet and volume buttons light while the caps lock and the num buttons block thrice periodically five times, moreover the fan over ventilates continuously and the Led light next to the sd slot won't blink even a bit
