Dash cam keeps falling off of its mount, what should I do?

I have the same problem with my Dashcam, but it’s brand new out of a box. Only had it for about a month at least. My Dashcam is a Gator brand, which was purchased at Supercheap Auto. I’ve had other problems with it earlier like it was saying there was no SD Card in it when there is (it came with one) but that’s fine now for the moment and every now and then it switches back to the default time and date after I set it to the correct date/time, then after a few times it goes back to default. It’s really annoying. How would I go about this?
