Hello! I have a 7th generation iPod Touch that dropped (while in a case) from about a two and half foot tall counter. The screen immediately started to fade white outwards and then right after started to fade black in towards the middle of the screen. It even has a few dark dots. I wasn’t able to see if it hit a specific corner at the time since it happened so fast but is this problem something I can fix?

Are you able to see the unit when connected to your computer via iTunes? If you are then it sounds like you damaged the display assembly and will need to replace it.
