My brand new jbl go 2 wont charge or turn on. when i plug in a charger it wouldnt show me a red light or do anything. this happend after it turned off because of it needing to charge, when i pluged it in, nothing happend. ive tried to hard reset it and nothing happend.
please can somebody help me out?

Hi,
Have you tried a different compatible charger or a charger cable connected to a computer’s USB port?
It it still doesn’t charge, as it it “brand new” return it for a replacement or refund as shown under the manufacturer’s warranty provisions in the user guide or warranty statement.
