On my MacBook Pro 13’’ 2020 keyboard backlight is uneven. The centre keys (e.g. ‘U’, ‘Y’,' ‘T’, ‘H’, ‘G’) are a little bit more darker. Is it ok for this model?

You’ll need to compare side by side with one of the display systems at the Apple Store.
The problem here its subjective! What I think is OK may not be for you and your system may have an issue.

As I said you'll need to visit a store who has the exact system out on display to do a side by side comparison with yours.
Your pictures don't show any defects that I can see.
