Can I solder a usb to my targus stowaway PA800

I have an old targus stowaway flip out keyboard that used to work with handspring visors. I don’t have one, but I would like to use it with a computer. Is it possible i can solder a usb cable to it and use it with my computer?

I have looked all over the internet and can't find a converter fo it either.
