harman kardon aura studio 2 no sound

I have a HK aura 2 that does everything, but it doesn't sound. not even on the headphones. connecting with blue tooth goes well. all buttons work fine. I disassembled the BT speaker, now the TPA3116 output stages get a bit warm, without producing any sound. what is the chance that the end stairs are defective?
