1 My screen is black
my screen is black ..when I press Home Key Or Volume up or down the SamSung signal appears of the screen and a small red written line in the upper of the screen ..how could I solve the problem ..I tried to reinstall the software but it wasn’t accepted by the phone..thanks so much
