Have to push on screen to make screen unfreeze
Screen stays frozen till you push on it

Ok so, I need a bit more information on it, what happened to the device as in was it damaged at all? if damaged did this start happening upon the day of it being damaged, and do you notice any lines at all on the screen? because it sounds like a LCD issue.
