Eachline 58OS WIFI connection only permits cam not flight?

Eachline 58OS WIFI connects to my android Samsung S8 and when I click on the app to I can take pics and video but cannot fly? I’ve tries data on & off, I’ve charged the batteries on both the mobile and drone to max, i’ve restarted the phone and drone but the network message reads “internet may not be available”
