There’s not enough information here. Is this the first time you used the watch? Does it still have warranty? Was it swam with before this happened?

Hi I’ve got a similar issue, I left the Fitbit off for two months and when I went to charge it back up it come up with a Fitbit logo and 001. I’ve done a bit of research and I think this is a battery issue? Have you any ideas, any help would be appreciated. It is literally 6 weeks out of warranty and Fitbit just want to sell me a new one.

Contact support if possible. The charge 3 has known issues. They sent me a free charge 3 after my screen went bad. If support tells you no, you could try and get a repair done, otherwise you may be out of luck. A charge 3 is immensely difficult to open without breaking the glass. (I tried with my old one, since they didn't require me to send it in, lol)
