Not working at all

My switch is just suddenly dead. the fan will not spin, the LCD doesn’t display anything, and the water damage indicators are not showing any signs that it was dropped in water. Can anyone help?

In the event of sudden loss of functionality, you likely have one of two things going on:

  1. If the unit was dropped, perhaps the USB-C charging port has physical damage.
  2. The M92T36 charging chip may have failed.
