water dispenser not working, ice maker is

I have a 2014 GE side by side refrigerator that needed the defrost heater timer replaced. About a week after that the water stopped dispensing through the door. The ice maker keeps working so the water supply and filter are good. You can hear the click of the switch when you set it to dispense water and push the paddle. Not a drop comes out. I tried unplugging to reset but that didn’t work. I tried to defrost a possible frozen tube from outside the door and that didn’t work. Any ideas?
